Clients will be given a single emergency pass. Day of rescheduling requests will be considered an emergency and any more than one will result in a forfeiture of that session. After an emergency pass has been used, cancellations or rescheduling requests that are made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time, will be considered forfeited
